At Kadi Luggage, we want you to feel confident and satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not happy with your order, our return policy is as follows:
1. Return Window
Returns are accepted within 30 days from the delivery date.
2. Return Eligibility
Items must be unused, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging, including any dust bags and tags.
Final-sale items are non-refundable.
Items purchased on sale or with a discount code will be refunded at the price paid after the discount.
3. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please reach out to our customer support team at hello@kadiluggage.com for guidance on the return process.
4. Change of Mind Returns
If you wish to return an item for reasons other than a defect or error, return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.
Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will issue either a refund or store credit, based on your preference.
5. Faulty, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a product that is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us at hello@kadiluggage.com.
We will cover the cost of return shipping and offer a repair, exchange, or full refund.
6. Refund Processing Time
Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after the return is approved and will be issued to the original payment method.

At Kadi Luggage, we strive to ensure your order arrives quickly and securely.
1. Order Processing & Tracking
After placing an order, you will receive a confirmation email.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email from us with tracking information.
2. Estimated Delivery Times
Standard Shipping (Australia-wide): 3-7 business days.
Regional, WA & NT: Deliveries may take up to 10 business days from dispatch.
Peak Seasons: Processing and delivery times may be longer. We recommend ordering in advance to avoid delays.
3. Delivery Restrictions
Our carriers are unable to deliver to airports, hospitals, prisons and PO Boxes
4. Delivery Terms & Customer Responsibility
We make every effort to deliver orders on time based on the timeframe provided.
If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided at checkout, the customer may be responsible for additional charges incurred due to address corrections or re-delivery.
