If you experience any issues with your Kadi product - including the shell, wheels, handle, or trolley - please follow the steps below based on where your item was purchased:

Purchases made through Myer:
Please return the product to your most convenient Myer store along with proof of purchase. Myer’s team will assist you with a replacement or refund under our manufacturer’s warranty.

Purchases made through Kadi’s official website (kadiluggage.com):
Please reach out to our Customer Care Team via the Contact Us form or by emailing hello@kadiluggage.com. Our team will review your claim and assist directly with a replacement or refund.

*Our goods come with a guarantee that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You're entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure of the products. You are also entitled to have the goods replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality. Please return this product, at your expense, to a Myer store for assessment by a team member. Once approved, a like for like replacement or a refund may be offered. Please keep your receipt as proof of purchase for this product warranty.
