At Kadi, we believe every journey should come with a few thoughtful surprises. Discount codes are one of our favourite ways to treat our community—but like all good things, they come with a few simple ground rules. Here’s everything you need to know before using one.

Terms of Use

  • Full-Price Items Only

    Promo codes are valid exclusively on full-priced items. Discounted items, bundles, and sale selections are not eligible.

  • One-Time Use

    Each code is single-use only. Once redeemed, it cannot be used again or shared with others.

  • No Post-Purchase Application

    Discount codes must be applied at the time of purchase. Unfortunately, we can’t retroactively apply discounts after an order has been placed.

How to Apply Your Promo Code

Using your promo code is simple:

  1. Add your chosen Kadi products to your cart.
  2. Proceed to the checkout page.
  3. Enter your discount code in the "discount code" field.*
  4. Click before completing your purchase.

The discount will be automatically reflected in your order total if the code is valid.

Can I use a discount code on sale items?

Discount codes are valid on full-priced products only. Sale items and bundles are already offered at a reduced rate and are not eligible for further discounts.

Can I stack multiple promo codes?

Only one discount code can be used per order. If you have more than one, choose the one that gives you the best value.

What if I forget to use my code?

Once an order is placed, we are unable to retroactively apply a promo code. We recommend double-checking before confirming your order.

Can I share my discount code with a friend?

Most discount codes are unique and designed for single use. If your code is account-specific, it may not work for someone else.

Do discount codes expire?

Some codes do come with expiry dates. Please refer to the details provided with your discount code offer for specific terms.
