Warranty

We stand behind the quality and durability of Kadi products. If your Kadi suitcase experiences any manufacturing faults with Kadi’s shell, wheels, handle or trolley these will be covered under this lifetime warranty policy, repair or replacement only. If your Kadi bag experiences any manufacturing faults with Kadi’s zippers, handles or stitching these will be covered under our three-year warranty policy, repair or replacement only. Your warranty is automatically activated with proof of purchase and you do not need to register your purchase online with Kadi.

Our warranty covers manufacturing faults only. The warranty covers faults caused by defective workmanship or materials but excludes mishandling by carriers such as airport baggage handlers. The warranty does not cover damage due to general wear and tear.

Please note if your suitcase has a label that refers to our previous three-year warranty policy it will automatically be covered under our lifetime warranty policy.

If you do experience any issues with your Kadi product you believe to be covered under the warranty policy as outlined above, please use our Contact Us form, or return the product to your most convenient Myer store with proof of purchase.

*Our goods come with a guarantee that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You’re entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure of the products. You are also entitled to have the goods replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality. Please return this product, at your expense, to a Myer store for assessment by a team member. Once approved, a like for like replacement or a refund may be offered. Please keep your receipt as proof of purchase for this product warranty.
